Barnes Aerospace is hiring a Purchasing Intern at its West Chester, Ohio site. The intern will support global purchasing, planning, IT, legal, and HR organizations; analyze purchase-order metrics, spend, RFQs, and market indices; support supplier-list and supplier-portal implementation; maintain supply-chain data; assist with supplier contract review and negotiation; help create customer evaluations and scorecards for the Farnborough airshow; complete internship projects; and perform other assigned duties. The role requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and technical skills, familiarity with intermediate and advanced Excel functions and basic Power BI, and enrollment in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior.
