Description
The Purchasing Lead / Supervisor leads and develops the purchasing team while managing strategic procurement, supplier performance, material availability, cost management, ERP data, and supply-chain risk in a manufacturing environment. The role requires at least five years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, two years of leadership experience, supplier-management experience, MRP knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. It is primarily on-site, with office, manufacturing, and shop-floor work.
