Description
The Purchasing Manager will own purchasing for project business in complex industrial plant engineering projects. Responsibilities include award negotiations, obtaining supplier offers, preparing commercial bid comparisons, issuing and processing purchase orders, monitoring delivery compliance, coordinating acceptances and progress checks, managing technical and commercial documentation, and concluding framework agreements. The role requires commercial and technical training or an industrial engineering degree, purchasing or supply chain experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, knowledge of contract law, and German and English proficiency.
