Description
The Purchasing Manager will manage and optimize purchasing activities for Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection, including supplier selection, purchase-order processing, inventory and budget management, supplier relations, contract negotiation, delivery verification, and team supervision. The role also coordinates with internal teams on supply and equipment needs and reviews menu matrices and food-and-beverage cost of goods. Candidates need at least two years of similar hospitality experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, computer proficiency, English fluency, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. The annual gross salary is €40,000 to €45,000.
