Baxter is hiring a Manager, Purchasing to lead procurement activities supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. The role supervises Buyers, manages suppliers and supply risk, supports production schedules and materials planning, improves inventory and supply chain performance, and ensures compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of procurement, materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience are required, with leadership experience preferred. The estimated base salary is $96,000–$132,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
