Bosch Rexroth UK is hiring a senior procurement leader to rebuild and lead its UK-wide direct purchasing function for industrial power units and manifolds. The role provides functional and disciplinary leadership over purchasing and logistics personnel, manages strategic suppliers and stakeholder relationships, leads price negotiations and sourcing, oversees procurement and logistics operations, manages SAP purchasing data, and drives cost savings and process improvements. The position requires senior purchasing or materials management experience, team leadership, negotiation and commercial skills, and ideally SAP, business or technical qualifications, and Power-BI or AI-tool experience.
