Description
Levy is hiring a Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing for food, beverage, equipment, and operational supplies; maintain inventory; develop forecasts; manage vendors; monitor costs; coordinate with culinary, warehouse, concessions, premium, and operations teams; oversee inventory controls and purchase documentation; resolve discrepancies; ensure compliance with purchasing and food-safety procedures; and support purchasing and warehouse team members. The role requires at least three years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related experience, with hospitality, food and beverage, vendor, inventory, Excel, and food-safety experience preferred. The salary is $60,000–$70,000, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
