Description
The Purchasing Manager will lead purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain activities at a fully onsite, five-days-per-week manufacturing facility in Buena, New Jersey. The role oversees sourcing and supplier relationships for production and non-production needs, manages supplier performance and pricing, controls costs and inventory, reduces supply chain risk, and develops contingency sourcing strategies. The position requires at least five years of purchasing, procurement, materials management, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, with plastics injection molding, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred. The entry-level salary is $80,000 annually, with medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
