Description
The Purchasing Manager – Engineering & Manufacturing will own the procurement function for an established UK engineering and manufacturing business in Grantham. The role manages sourcing, supplier development and negotiation, production material availability, cost reduction, inventory and MRP/ERP systems, supply-chain risk, and relationships with UK and international suppliers. It is a permanent, full-time, site-based position with a Monday–Thursday 8:15am–5:00pm schedule and a Friday 8:30am–12:30pm schedule, paying £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience.
