The role develops procurement strategies, sources and manages suppliers, negotiates contracts, ensures timely delivery and compliance, oversees supplier audits, and leads and develops the purchasing team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of purchasing or supply chain experience including 3 years in leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, ERP and procurement software proficiency, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
