Jabil is hiring a Purchasing Manager for Velocity Electronics in Austin, Texas. The role manages vendor relationships and qualifications, supports seller activities and technical sourcing, reviews purchase orders and VRMAs, sets buyer goals, prepares purchasing reports, and expedites inbound orders. It also supervises and develops the Buyers team. The position requires a relevant four-year college degree, at least five years of purchasing or procurement experience, at least two years of managerial experience, semiconductor or electronics industry experience, and ERP experience such as SAP.
