Mac Properties is seeking a Purchasing Manager to develop, lead, and execute centralized purchasing and sourcing strategies. The role involves achieving economies of scale, ensuring regional inventory centers are stocked, processing orders, managing inventory, identifying new suppliers, tracking supplier quality, auditing invoices, obtaining competitive quotes, and reducing costs. The manager will evaluate suppliers, establish vendor partnerships, resolve vendor issues, assess material availability, develop new procedures, monitor departmental efficiency, analyze market conditions, identify sales trends, prepare purchase orders, track functional metrics, and perform other assigned duties.
