M/I Homes is seeking a Purchasing role to manage subcontractor pricing, negotiations, contracts, budgets, vendor relationships, and trade partner coordination for homebuilding operations in the Chicagoland area. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years of purchasing and/or estimating experience in construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; JD Edwards Oracle and BuildPro/SupplyPro are preferred. The role is office-based with occasional travel to job sites and offers a salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus benefits and an annual bonus.
