PCA is hiring a Purchasing Manager for its Gladstone, Virginia Riverville Paper Mill. The role manages the mill’s purchasing and stores departments, including procurement strategy, supplier and vendor relationships, contract and capital-purchase negotiations, inventory and leasing programs, electricity and natural gas procurement, cost savings, compliance, and mill safety. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of heavy-industrial or manufacturing experience, at least seven years of purchasing experience, and strong negotiation, project-management, sourcing, and analytical skills. The starting salary is $96,000 to $120,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
