Description
The Purchasing Manager will join the purchasing team of a mechanical and plant engineering company and handle operational purchasing, scheduling, procurement of parts at national and international levels, supplier selection and negotiations, contract awarding, delivery monitoring, technical clarification, cost and market analysis, invoice review, and data maintenance. The role requires commercial training or a comparable qualification, technical understanding, fluent German and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and very good MS Office knowledge; SAP knowledge is advantageous. The position is permanent, with compensation according to IG Metall TV, 30 vacation days, and additional benefits.
