Description
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for executing direct-material and subcontract purchasing, approving purchase orders, processing MRP actions, managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and terms, controlling material costs, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires technical-drawing interpretation, analytical and data-analysis skills, supplier negotiation, communication, and SAP knowledge, along with a diploma or university degree in engineering and five years of overall experience, including at least three years in purchasing or supply chain.
