STAS is hiring a Purchasing Manager to lead the transformation of its procurement function, simplify processes and tools, develop an elite team, support strategic supplier decisions, manage key suppliers, track purchasing KPIs, and align procurement with production, inventory, and delivery needs. The role requires a DEC or bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or supply chain management, 3 to 5 years of team management experience, 5 years of procurement experience, bilingual English proficiency, and a structured, results-oriented leadership mindset. Familiarity with ERP environments and the aluminum industry are assets. The position offers hybrid work, adaptable schedules, and close access to leadership.
