Description
Flex is hiring a Purchasing Manager Direct in Guadalajara, South Campus, to oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components, and equipment. Reporting to the Director, Materials, the role manages a team of buyers and expeditors, coordinates purchasing systems and supplier activities, approves purchase orders, monitors inventory and supplier performance, and supports continuous improvement in on-time delivery, costs, and procurement KPIs. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent, at least six years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in manufacturing, team leadership experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
