Flex is hiring a Purchasing Manager Direct in Guadalajara, South Campus to oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components, and equipment. Reporting to the Director, Materials, the role manages a team of buyers and expeditors, coordinates purchasing systems and supplier activities, approves purchase orders, monitors inventory and supplier performance, and supports continuous supply and cost objectives. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, extensive purchasing knowledge, electronics manufacturing leadership experience, advanced English, personnel management, sales experience, analytical decision-making, and strong communication skills.
