Description
Flex is hiring a Purchasing Manager Direct in Flex PTP to oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components, and equipment. Reporting to the Materials Manager, the role manages buyers and expeditors, coordinates supplier relationships, approves purchase orders, monitors inventory and supplier performance, supports vendor-managed inventory and MRP execution, and helps recruit and retain procurement staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 6–8 years of related experience, and a master's degree is preferred; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are offered.
