Description
The Purchasing Manager develops sourcing strategies and manages suppliers, contracts, commodity analysis, quality compliance, and purchasing initiatives across food, equipment, operating supplies, and restaurant services. The role supports new product launches, new restaurant openings, multi-unit operations, and expansion, while partnering with Operations, Culinary, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Distribution, and other departments. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, protein-commodity purchasing experience, contract negotiation experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
