Description
The Purchasing Manager I leads purchasing activities for an assigned discipline within an Operating Center, managing sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, procurement compliance, resource planning, and the performance of a purchasing team. The role works across projects, proposals, engineering disciplines, and geographically distributed stakeholders in a matrix environment and requires a bachelor’s degree, progressive project-based procurement experience, team leadership experience, and commercial negotiation expertise. U.S. citizenship is required and no employment sponsorship is provided.
