The Purchasing Project Buyer manages products and projects across a regional business unit, coordinating cost reduction, localization, engineering improvements, supplier relations, and reliable supply-chain delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or a related field, at least three years of similar project-management experience, project leadership, manufacturing-process knowledge, quality concepts, advanced English, and global supplier experience; SAP and negotiation skills are desirable.
