Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer will own preventive quality for new projects and engineering change requests, including supplier capability evaluation, PPAP document review, process release, component quality problem resolution, safe-launch activities, and reporting to management. The role requires an engineering background, at least three years of experience in mechanical-component sourcing or supplier quality management, knowledge of preventive quality processes, project-management and technical-discussion skills, English proficiency, Microsoft Office, SAP experience, and the ability to travel when necessary.
