Continental is seeking a Commercial Apprentice to manage strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier relationships, customer interfaces, service levels, and risk mitigation for external services and components. The role requires a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or an academic degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field, several years of purchasing or procurement experience, supplier negotiation and contract-management expertise, strategic sourcing knowledge, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, fluent English, and proficiency with procurement systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
