Description
Purchasing Supervisor role at Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) responsible for leading and mentoring the purchasing team, managing supplier relationships, sourcing and qualifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, driving cost reduction and procurement compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, production, finance, and sales. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, advanced English, ERP/MRP experience, and knowledge of supply chain, contracts, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
