Description
Arconic is hiring an Engineering Co-op Associate for its Lafayette, Indiana aluminum extrusions facility. The role coordinates material, product, and process qualifications; supports product and process development; analyzes production data; helps resolve customer quality issues with the Metallurgical and Quality Systems team; and collaborates with commercial teams on new business opportunities. The co-op requires two semesters of full-time employment, with students working in both office and manufacturing environments. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, have completed at least one year of engineering coursework, and be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
