Description
The Pursuits Specialist supports DAVIS’s project procurement and new-business pursuit by developing and submitting multidisciplinary proposals to private and public sector clients. The role coordinates proposal responses and team assignments, writes and edits proposal narratives, serves as a liaison to Market Sector groups, and maintains DAVIS brand standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of prior experience including two years in proposal and presentation development, strong technical writing and government proposal skills, and expertise with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and the A/E/C industry. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $105,000 and employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
