basa e.V. is hiring a PUSCH Coach for a 25% pedagogical staff position in Neu-Anspach, working 9.75 hours per week on two days and possibly combinable with other tasks. The role provides individual and group socio-educational support to students with educational shortfalls, including classroom support, exam and application preparation, placement and internship coordination, conflict and communication training, parent work, documentation, and networking for school-to-work transitions. Applicants need a qualification as a social educator, social worker, or pedagogue with at least a bachelor’s degree, or several years of comparable socio-educational experience, along with relevant interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. The position starts on 01.09.2026 or as soon as possible and pays according to the house collective agreement based on TVöD.
