Description
The PWP Lead supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily trailer-production operations, including workflow, personnel assignments, trailer flow, safety, quality checks, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and incident reporting. The role also steps in to lead the team when the supervisor is absent and performs hands-on production work as needed. It requires knowledge of trailer production processes, the ability to use hand and power tools and read drawings, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
