Description
The Applications Development Senior Programmer leads applications systems analysis and programming, partners with management teams on system enhancements and product deployments, and advises mid-level developers and analysts. The role requires Big Data experience with technologies such as HDFS, Map Reduce, YARN, Apache Spark, Hive, and related data formats, along with systems analysis, SQL, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, testing, and scalable application design. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
