The Lead Backend Developer will architect and lead backend solutions using Python, Node.js, Python APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities include defining RESTful API and microservices standards, designing and optimizing large-scale PostgreSQL systems, ensuring scalability and reliability, leading and mentoring backend teams, collaborating with frontend, DevOps, and business stakeholders, overseeing API security and authentication, optimizing performance, managing Azure App Services deployments, implementing GitHub and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and supporting end-to-end system integration.
