CEA is hiring a Python Architect Engineer and AI Industrialization specialist for its software engineering laboratory at the CEA Paris-Saclay site in Essonne, France. This permanent managerial role is responsible for the architecture and industrialization of the department’s Python ecosystem, developing a shared Python foundation, integrating research AI algorithms into industrial software, and supporting the quality and maintainability of software solutions. The position requires an engineering or master’s degree in a relevant field, 5 to 8 years of software development and architecture experience, and expertise in Python, reusable frameworks, AI/ML frameworks, dependency management, continuous integration, and automated testing. The position is available as of 01/10/2026 and offers the possibility of remote work.
