Description
The role is a hybrid, 100% capacity RAG/AI Software Engineer position in Vienna starting ASAP, with a 12-month duration and an extension option. The engineer will develop and optimize scalable Python applications, backend services, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, document-processing workflows, embeddings, semantic and hybrid search, vector databases, LLM integrations, APIs, testing, monitoring, and evaluation systems. The profile requires at least five years of Python software-development experience, strong RAG and generative-AI knowledge, relevant database and API experience, and a completed degree in a related field.
