RCA is hiring a Python Backend Developer to establish the technical foundation for a new SaaS-enabled BI software project. The role involves designing and implementing a Python/web API stack, developing REST APIs with FastAPI, defining architecture standards such as hexagonal architecture and DDD, establishing TDD practices, and mentoring a growing squad. The position is full-time permanent, based in Saint-Herblain, with proposed compensation of €50,000–€60,000 plus benefits and up to three days of remote work.
