Fractal is hiring a Full Stack Developer focused on Python and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications and REST APIs. The role involves building responsive user interfaces, integrating databases and third-party services, participating in architecture and deployment activities, troubleshooting performance and integration issues, and collaborating with Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams in an Agile environment. The position requires 8–12 years of full-stack development experience, strong Python and React expertise, knowledge of databases and microservices, and a computer science or related technical degree.
