Mindrift is seeking freelance Python Data Scraping Engineers for its remote, part-time Tendem project. The role involves owning end-to-end web data extraction workflows, handling dynamic and complex websites, validating and structuring datasets, scaling scraping operations, and using Python, scraping libraries, APIs, proxies, and AI/LLM tools. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, strong English proficiency at B2 or above, independent troubleshooting ability, and practical expertise in data cleaning, normalization, and validation. Compensation is up to $37 per hour equivalent, with an estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
