Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Python Data Scraping Engineer for its Tendem project. The role involves owning end-to-end web data extraction workflows, handling dynamic JavaScript-driven websites and APIs, cleaning and validating structured datasets, scaling scraping through batching or parallelization, and troubleshooting changing site behavior. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Python scraping expertise with tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, experience with LLMs and AI frameworks, upper-intermediate or better English proficiency, and independent, detail-oriented working habits. Compensation is up to $20 per hour equivalent, with an estimated workload of 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.
