Description
Mindrift is seeking freelance Python Data Scraping Engineers for its remote, part-time Tendem project. The role involves owning end-to-end web data extraction workflows, handling dynamic JavaScript-rendered sites and APIs, cleaning and validating structured datasets, scaling scraping through batching or parallelization, and using Python scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, along with Apify, OpenRouter, proxies, LLMs, and AI frameworks. At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development is required, as is upper-intermediate English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $20 per hour equivalent.
