Description
Mindrift is seeking a part-time, freelance Python Data Scraping Engineer for its remote Tendem project. The role owns end-to-end web data extraction workflows, including scraping dynamic and interactive websites, processing and validating structured datasets, scaling collection through batching or parallelization, and maintaining reliability as websites change. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development, strong Python scraping skills with tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, API and proxy experience, data cleaning and normalization expertise, familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks, upper-intermediate English proficiency, and the ability to work independently. Compensation is up to $30 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
