Description
The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application systems and programs. The position coordinates with the Technology team, manages project phases, advises users and senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while supporting compliance and risk controls. It requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, systems analysis and programming experience, project management knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with expertise in Python, full-stack development, REST APIs, microservices, LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and related tools.
