Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Python Developer for its Wholesale Credit Risk Technology team serving Institutional Credit Management. The role partners with onshore and offshore teams to design and deliver technology solutions for the front office and Credit Risk Business, implementing projects with Python, FastAPI, MCP, LLM, Java, and other modern technologies. Responsibilities include resolving complex issues, supporting production, investigating bugs, collaborating with matrix teams, and communicating development progress. The position requires at least three years of hands-on experience building enterprise-scale, componentized applications with Python and FastAPI, along with experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms; recent experience with large language models, Model Context Protocol, and Retrieval Augmented Generation is also required.
