Python Developer at Salmon Group

Salmon is hiring a Python Backend Developer to design and build new backend services in a microservice, event-driven environment. The role involves coordinating architecture and integrations, owning service components, designing communication patterns, instrumenting services, writing unit tests, resolving technical debt, and building shared tooling. Candidates need at least three years of production Python backend experience, strong Python skills, microservice experience, familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes. The position is hybrid-first with fully remote work available for eligible roles and core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time.
