The role is a senior Python API engineer responsible for designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs with FastAPI, SQLModel, and Redis; writing maintainable Python code; optimizing databases, tests, performance, caching, and rate limiting; collaborating with frontend and system architecture teams; and supporting data lifecycle workflows. The position requires 7+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Python, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, SQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, testing, and event-driven architectures.
