Description

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Python Developer for its AI Software Delivery team to design and build AI-enabled solutions, including RAG systems, autonomous agents, and Model Context Protocol integrations. The role involves AI architecture and infrastructure decisions, production-ready pipeline development, code reviews, and collaboration on the AI roadmap. Candidates need at least seven years of professional software development experience, with at least four years of recent Python programming, along with expertise in Python internals, distributed systems, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, Redis, and observability tools.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of professional software development experience
At least 4 years of recent programming experience with Python as the primary language

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vector databases and semantic search optimization
