Description

Deloitte is hiring a full-time Python Developer with Gen AI/Agent (Python/GCP) experience to design, develop, deploy, and optimize multi-step reasoning agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and Google Cloud Platform’s Vertex AI suite. The role covers agent orchestration, tool and function calling, model integration, GCP infrastructure, testing, logging, and documentation, with remote work available from Poland cities including Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Rzeszow, Szczecin, Warsaw, and Wroclaw. Candidates need strong Python, GenAI, agent-framework, GCP, English, and EU work-permit qualifications; graph databases, low-latency deployment, security, and advanced MLOps are advantageous.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Python expertise for ML development, API integration, and SDK use
Experience building and orchestrating complex AI workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and ADK
Experience developing Generative AI solutions involving function calling, code generation, classification, summarization, and prompt engineering
Experience using Vertex AI Agent Builder to develop conversational and goal-oriented agents
Working knowledge of GCP GenAI and MLOps tools
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graph databases and their integration into LangGraph or RAG systems
Experience optimizing GenAI applications for low-latency, high-throughput environments
Familiarity with PII/PHI handling and filtering mechanisms in GenAI pipelines
Experience running production workloads on GKE or Cloud Run for model serving
