Citi is hiring a full-time Python Java Principal Software Engineer – Vice President to lead applications systems analysis and programming, establish and implement application systems and programs, and coordinate with the Technology team. The role requires advanced Java and Python skills, experience with HTTP, RESTful web services, API design, Kafka, reactive streams, AWS S3, and GCP Big Query, along with 10–16 years of relevant applications development experience, project management, leadership, and subject-matter expertise. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
