The role combines hands-on Python development with architectural guidance, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, code quality and governance, infrastructure planning, and strategic influence across multiple asset classes and business functions. Candidates need 12+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leader in complex real-time, distributed, high-volume systems, along with extensive Python, data processing, workflow orchestration, microservices, messaging, and database experience.
