Interactive Brokers is seeking a Python Software Developer for its Tools Engineering team to design and develop solutions, troubleshoot Linux-based trading systems, and build efficient and scalable automation frameworks. The role requires 7–10+ years of financial-industry front-office trading experience, 10+ years of Python experience, FIX protocol knowledge, and expertise with Pytest, Linux, and Git. Docker, Java, Perl, and back-office or clearing experience are optional. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days per week, medical and life insurance, and other benefits.
