Description
DRW is hiring a Software Engineer to design and develop tools and infrastructure for its traders and quantitative researchers. The role manages proprietary trading-system technology, improves analysis workflows, evaluates technologies, develops performance-sensitive code and APIs, and leads design discussions and code reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, at least five years of Python experience building live systems, knowledge of systems languages, data structures, CI tools, and Linux, along with communication, UX, and mentoring skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $150,000 to $180,000, a discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
